Shipping
Orders placed through this portal are processed and shipped within one business day. Average delivery within the United States is 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location. The 3-bottle and 6-bottle plans include free U.S. shipping; the 2-bottle starter adds a standard shipping fee shown at checkout. Every order ships from the authorized 2026 production batch documented on our verification page.
Tracking your order
When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not seen it within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact customer support with your order number and we will track it down.
Returns and refunds
LipoBliss is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email care@lipoblissofficial.com or call +1 (859) 414-2087 within 60 days of delivery and we will send return instructions. Once we receive the returned bottles we refund the purchase price to your original payment method, even on opened bottles. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect. The complete terms are on the refund policy page.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover return shipping in those cases.
